Denito Co. was established in 1993, as a small meat workshop in the suburbs of Pogradec City, in Albania. Through the years, by market demand and the owners' investments, it was possible to construct a modern factory, designed in accordance with European StandardsToday the company is one of the largest manufacturers in the area, offering more than 20 varieties of meat by-products.

Sausage Skillet Omlette

Heat olive oil and crushed garlic, stir in smoked Denito sausage slices and cook until smoked sausage is browned. Add pepper, onion, broccoli, chicken broth and tomato sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes until vegetables are tender and the liquid is absorbed. In the meantime, cook rice according to package instructions. Stir rice into the skillet, sprinkle with cheese and serve.

Spaghetti and Meatballs

Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions.  While the spaghetti is cooking, heat the sauce and Denito meatballs in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve the sauce and meatballs over the spaghetti. Sprinkle with the cheese.
